Last Sunday we began our new worship schedule of 8 & 10:30 services INDOORS and a 9:15 service in the parking lot. We had 53 in attendance at 8:00, 82 in the parking lot at 9:15, and 47 for the indoor 10:30 service. In total, that’s 182 people in worship which was just 28 fewer than the second Sunday in June last year!

Indoor meetings, Bible studies, and activities are happening on a limited basis but are not yet being advertised on our website calendar. Contact your group leader to find out if and when your group is meeting.

We’re starting out easy and progressing slowly in order to shorten the service time and see how things go. In July, our organists are returning for the indoor worship. At first it will be mainly for hymns as well as pre-service and post-service music. Then we hope to add the liturgy at the start of the service and later the full liturgy for Holy Communion. Everything takes time to plan and prepare and implement as we move ahead carefully but intentionally. It’s sort of like working to get back on your feet after a long illness.
