We invite you to attend worship this Sunday to help commemorate Pastor Lauer’s service at Our Savior’s and to wish farewell to Pastor, Ann, and their family. We give thanks for the eternal and boundless love that Pastor Lauer received from God through his family, teachers, mentors, and friends, and which he so graciously bestowed unto the congregation of Our Savior Lutheran Church. We were blessed by his pastoral duties, teachings, leadership, and friendship during his 15 years with this congregation.

We know that God will continue to bless him. We should also continue to bless and support Pastor Lauer as we know God will keep him in our hearts as an ever-present part of our lives. As a thank you to God, Pastor Lauer, and his family, we can continue to bestow God’s love in the same way that Pastor Lauer taught us so that everyone may receive it; today, tomorrow, and eternally. While we cannot gather as a group to commemorate this occasion, we will recognize him and bless the next part of his journey at both services, and encourage all to reach out to thank him.
