Sharing from Pastor Matheny’s message in the April Voice newsletter as we anticipate Holy Week:

We now draw towards the end of our Lenten journey. The cross looms large before us, and we are well aware that the empty tomb lies just on the other side. We still have some way to go, but the end is near. Now is the perfect time to remember that God is our only sure refuge, our only real source of stability and protection. All Good that we have comes from Him. He gives us wise counsel. His people are our family. His presence brings us joy. Jesus your Lord endured the cross and grave for you so that you may overcome them by Him. Hold fast to the Lord and He will deliver you. Keep walking, you saints, towards the cross. The empty tomb lies just on the far side.
