Youth Service Opportunities

We have a youth service opportunity available on Saturday March 20th from 3-5:30pm.  Youth and adults are needed to help cleanp for the Candy McCabe benefit Spaghetti dinner and Silent Auction at Centenary United Methodist church at 501 South 2nd Street in Mankato.  Candy has worked with OSLC Youth service team member Deb Otto at HyVee and on Jan. 1,2010 suffered a full cardiac arrest and spent two weeks in intensive care at ISJ.  The benefit will help with hery mounting medical bills.  If you have any questions contact myself by email or Deb Otto at 507-381-8650.

Sunday May 2^nd Salvation Army Food serving-7^th-12^th grade youth and adults needed to signup to help and/or donate desserts for the meal. Arrive at 11am, Serve at noon. Please signup on the youth bulletin board if you can help and/or if you can donate a dessert for this meal. Desserts may be brought to the church anytime before 10am on Sunday May 2nd . Please mark “Salvation Army” on containers so we know which ones are meant for our use.
