Youth Ministry

Our Savior's youth program is built around a relational ministry philosophy, following the example of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, where building relationships between youth and youth, and youth and adults is the first step toward building a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ.

Youth Ministry goal: Build Christ-centered youth as mature Christian leaders through a relational ministry administered by the youth director, Youth Board, and Youth Ministry Team.

The youth ministry strives to develop youth through four areas: Fellowship, Service, Outreach, and Faith NurturesDiscipleship.
 

TSNT (The Sunday Night Thing) Youth events are weekly for 9th-12th grade, 7th-8th grade and 7th-12th grade age groupings.  Check out the monthly calendar for upcoming youth events.

We are planning for the 2010 National LCMS Youth Gathering in New Orleans,Louisiana July 17-21,2010.  Check out the website at www.lcmsgathering.com 

Ongoing Youth Fundraiser to benefit those attending the NYG 2010: Flamingos available out of season for a donation of $25 to OSLC youth ministry for 12 pink flamingos to show up on the front lawn of you or someone you know for a day for birthday,anniversary or just for fun ...Contact the church to have the Flamingos.  Youth and adults will take them to the location and pick them up the next day.
